"I met Rich this past summer after my husband and I were relocated back to the east coast. There had been some damage done to my piano and Rich was recommended to us. Not knowing anything about him, I must admit that I was a little nervous. Upon his arrival to our home, he explained everything he needed to do. I must say, I was relieved.
