instrument, WHICH, IN TURN: (1)- helps give the piano a chance to have better
performance capability through being stable, by controlling changes in shape
caused by humidity changes in the piano's environment; (2)- tunings will stay more consistent;

The Moog Music, Inc. PianoBar is a unique item for acoustic 88 key
pianos. It gives the musician a chance to make his/her piano a
MIDI
controller. With this unit, layered sounds will add color to
presentation of music, writing music on to a computer with appropriate
software is now possible, using the Key Sensor Rail (Lights up on notes and
right Y& left pedals) to help in the teaching
of the piano is an added benefit, and portability is possible for the
performing musician because the PianoBar kit weighs less than 20 lbs.
Pianomation Computer Players and related products
We offer sales, installation, and service of QRS Music
Pianomation computer player systems, and can make virtually ANY 88 key piano a
player piano; even for spinette pianos, which are too small for an
internal player system, we can offer a player system that takes virtually NO
INSTALLATION, and works as well as an internal player (limitations of piano use
manually). We also offer a line of unusual player instruments, including:
Nickelodeons, Institutional Nickelodeons, Art Case Nickelodeons, Virtuoso Violin
Piano and Virtuoso Violin.
Player pianos, in some instances, can also be made into
recording instruments, and midi controllers, as well as unique sound systems for
someone's home with RF (radio frequency) remote control (a remote control you can use virtually
anywhere in the home within 100 feet of the piano).

Two of the most popular units from Q R S are the the
Petine CD player and the Piano CD 2000+.
Petine CD has the ability to play and record the piano,
uses CD and Compact Flash card, and is an excellent unit to start a
player/record system for your piano. Recording option requires a record
strip and other devices, which adds additional costs.
The CD 2000+ is strictly a player system, an excellent
entry level for those who are not interested in recording from the piano.

RGPT offers a Multi-Tuning Service Contracts with
your choice of:

* 2 Tuning contract * 3 Tuning contract * 4 Tuning contract
* Custom Amount Tuning contract
The 2 tuning contract is designed for the typical residential customer
who wants to maintain their piano and keep it tuned with a good degree of
stability, and also get the benefit of discounts for services and MOST
products that RGPT offers. This contract offers a $10.00 discount off
the prevailing price for tuning in the area of the customer. There is
also a 10% discount off regular prices for labor and MOST products.
Further more, there is also a "Time Response Guaranty", that assures
Contract Customers that if there is a problem with their piano, and that, if
RGPT can not get to the piano within 3 business days from the time
notification was given to RGPT by telephone OR e-mail, there is an
additional 5% discount for any services that are NON-WARRANTY. For
warranty services, there will be a 5% discount off the next scheduled tuning
OR product that is desired by Contract Customer.
The 3 tuning contract is designed for those who
have a player system installed, with or without a speaker system. This
contract offers an $11.00 discount per tuning as well as the same 10%
discount off ALL services and MOST products.
The 4 tuning contract
is similar, except that there is a $12.50 discount off regular tuning rates
for the tuning area of the customer.
ALL contracts require payment in
advance of the tunings. For example, the customer who wants a 2 Tuning
Service Contract will pay for the 2 tunings in advance. The contract
calls for 2 tunings in the 12 month period that the contract applies.
Typically, the 1st tuning is completed at the time of payment. Other
times, customers who send their payments in advance will have their 1st
tuning scheduled at a mutually convenient time for customer and RGPT. All
contracts are effective for 1 year, AND are renewable at customer option.
Custom Tuning Service Contracts are negotiated with
piano owner, and pricing will be determined at that time.
All contract terms are subject to change for future
renewals, but the current contract will ALWAYS stay as agreed.
* All trips to a customer's location are
subject to a fuel surcharge. The change is a NON-TAXABLE
re-imbursement of the excess of cost of fuel over $2.75/gallon - 87 octane.
Surcharges will vary depending on distance traveled. When and if fuel
prices decrease below $2.75/gallon, the surcharge will not be added to
invoice charges.

- For anyone looking for a gift
for someone who has everything, RGPT offers the gift of Tunings for your
friends and family. The gift certificate program is for any service
or product offered by RGPT (pricing defined by where piano is located). Gift certificates
may be purchased
on-line or in person. The actual certificate can either be mailed
- (US POSTAL SERVICE PRIORITY MAIL ONLY) to
the intended recipient or the purchaser for personal delivery.
- * Sales tax is not included in price. User of certificate
is responsible for any charges OVER the price of the Gift Certificate, as
well as any sales tax (if applicable). When shipping gift certificates, the
current rate for USPS Priority Mail will be added to purchase price.
ONLY gift certificates are shipped by USPS Priority Mail. All
other prodcuts are shipped UPS.
